Why do some people forget CP3 is a better PG than D. Rose?

Chris Paul got knocked out in the first round because he had to play LA in the first round. Without their 2nd best player, Hornets took LA to 7. If Chicago fails to win a ring this season and next season, and CP3 becomes a Knick, D. Rose's Bulls won't be able to get to the NBA Finals again.
