She is asking me to see a psychologist, is she right?

ok so i am a very rational person and very smart. Like all human beings though i have my problems. I been seen my girlfriend of 3 yrs and i love her like crazy. We broke up 5 months ago because i was putting her through a lot with my selfishness and anger. We were also living together. I moved out and we quit talking for a month. I realize that i treated her like crap when we were together and all the mistakes i had made. My anger now is better and learned how to handle it. We got back together unofficially about 4 months ago and just been hanging out. Things are a whole lot better now but she says that she wont date me unless i see a psychologist and resolve some issues that she feels i still have. She wont even have sex with me anymore. I guess females cant mix sex and bad emotions. She thinks everything will be fine if i just got some help. is she asking to much? i know i got some issues but im also human and i think i can handle them myself. She just said is just running out of patience i think. help i love this girl. it could be a healthy thing to see one
