NBA 2K11 Press Conference Help?

Well you guys probably noticed by now that I am a huge Basketball fan. My question is in the press conference is what exactly do the blue arrows and green arrows mean? I've been told that the green arrows means it goes up and the blue arrows stays the same. Has 2K11 gave any information about this? Also for those who were in at my last 2K11 question who saw me complain about CP3 and the Hornets. I'm now with the Lakers and we're in Round 2 of the Playoffs after beating Memphis 3-1. I've also won Rookie of The Year, Defensive Player of The Year and MVP. I play on All Star so try not to bash me for all those awards :P.
