My apartment has become a motel.?

My boyfriend and I of 3 years moved into our apartment last Aug. and since about Dec. his best friend has been sleeping on our coach..and at the time he didn't have a job but now works with my boyfriend and brings in alot of money, and isn't paying anything. So ive been asking my boyfriend when he is going to move out and hes like when he saves up enough to get his own place..which is fine i don't really mind him but now his GIRLFRIEND is also unofficially living here to..every morning I wake up to them on the coach and its starting to piss me off. I like both of them BUT this is MY boyfriend and I's house not theirs to.
