Divorce Papers Been Served To Me, Totally Speechless?

I am currently separated from my soon to be ex husband (thank God) and I have been served papers by him just yesterday. The thing is, is was very unofficially done, no deputy sheriff signed them to be served or anything. Right now we signed a notarized statement that I am the Primary Custodian and that we have joint custody. When moving to South Carolina, we agreed I'd take her for the first 3 weeks and he'd get her the second and keep rotating. I get the divorce papers and he is fighting for full custody, he gets to have her al holidays except mothers day, he gets to make all decisions that have to do with me daughter I get no say, and then under irreconcilable differences and under he hand wrote, inappropriate marital conduct. Which is relating to my relationship with my new boyfriend which he said I could do. So where should I begin and what should I do.
